Cancelation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. Out of respect for our team and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When you book with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

To avoid this fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
